Windows XP  -  Under Internet Options on the control panel I have forgotten
my supervisor password for Content.  Any was to reset it?

While backing up some documents on my computer i discovered a bunch of hidden
files that i had no idea were on there. I talked to someone at our local
university tech department and he told me i may have been used as a host
computer. I can't open the files and see what they are ...

XP SP2, fully patched. using Zone Alarm. In Security settings, the "turn
off" button is grayed out. I am logged in as admin and am NOT on a domain.
All the google results I get are for domains.....
Can anyone help?

Something keeps turning off my WSC at Start-up and I have to Start it
manually using services.msc.  Windows Defender and Malware Removal tool find
nothing wrong.  Norton NAV reports no problem.  Spybot notes the WSC is
Disabled but does not Fix it when asked to do so.
