access to Add/Remove Programs using instructions I must have obtained from

We have migrated hundreds of XP desktops from Novell to MS ADS.  When it
comes to  3 desktops which share C drive to each other, user B on Computer B
can access to user A's user profile.    Same as user A when he can get access
to user B 's My Document.

I just started to use EFS and I wonder about the Recycler. I cannot
encrypt it and when I delete a file, it shows up "black" meaning
unencrypted.

I have a backup operator login on the server that I have been using to run a  
Windows XP backup job with.  It backs up the Outlook files to the server.  
The server backup operator login is a part of the workstation backup

I am trying to download pictures to an antique appraisal site.  When I click
