We have been researching why our admin accounts have been locking themselves

We deleted a user under Documents and Administration (e.g JDoe). Turns out we
needed a pst file from the Locals Apps.... folder. They moved the JDoe folder
from the Recycle Bin (where it's type was MS-Work file). When they could't
