My system constantly notifies me an update is ready to install but the KB number shows installed and the history shows multiple installs of this KB number.My Belarc Advisor says the security hotfix fails verification,the KB number is KB936181.

The title speaks for it's self. the cpu runs 100% caused by ccApp.exe. Norton and Microsoft can't help me for free with this problem. Does someone have a clue how this problem can be solved. The computer runs in Windows XP Home and has a AMD Sempron 2800 cpu.
