I am having a blank Internet Explorer pop up when surfing the net.

I am having a problem with Security Alerts popping up cautioning me that the
security certificate is out of date.  I click on the button to view the
certificate, and it is always ok.  If I go to a website to check on
something, I will get at least 25 alerts.
