Hello... is there a way to encrypt or secure specific files or folder on a PC running Windows XP. My PC at home is shared, with kids and sometimes visitor. However, I have some personal files that I do not wish for other users to see. How do I solve this problem. Thank you.

Hi Can anyone please advise me about how to scan for the new virus I keep hearing about in the news on the bbc web page I already have spybot spyware blaster and mcfee windows defender but it states most of these cannot detect

I have had to re store my pc to factory settings and my internet connection keeps going down and advising me I need to speak with ms xp or a pc expert. Also I cannot use limewire after downloading it it says something about the firewall and loopback I think.

We have a user who insists on going to myspace.com at work. She needs the internet to do her job, but we want to block specific web sites like myspace.com. I tried adding it under Content Advisor, but that also blocks other web sites she might need. Any ideas?

I have recently removed a hostile program from my computer that disabled several functions. Among them are my task manager, access to a control panel and the ability to right click on certain icons to access their properties. The error messages I receive are one of two:

I have 3 accounts on my PC,my own ( administrator) My Wife and My son. When I go to switch user the windows message appears saying: this computer is in use and has been locked. Only ****/**** or administrator can unlock this computer.
