Does anyone know how to create a bootable XP CD with all current drivers/patches/add-ons that you want on it already (and drivers specific to that particular machine)? I'd like to do this for all my systems running Windows (if possible).

In my Start Menu i cannot see the Turn Off nor the Run command. When i press Windows key+R, it gives an error- This operation has neen cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.

While I am playing on line poker lsass.exe springs into action every now and again. I understand that this is responsible for verifying passwords...but whose password is it checking? I'm not in any network and nobody from outside should be able to access my computer.
