I am trying to write a service to hook the keyboard. I am using SetWindowsHookEx for the same. The actual keyboard hook is in a DLL. I am able to set the hook without any error, but still I am not able get call to my callback routines.

When i try to click on any drive C, D,E in My Computer , the drive doesnt open . Instead .."Open with " dialog opens...with the list of s/.w in system... the Folder options is not there in the Tools

I have a few PC's in a LAN and none of them share the same domain or workgroup. All the PC's have static IP addresses. Some of the PC's can communicate with the others by means of their name, though these are not registered in the hosts file.
