I am running XP with Internet Explorer 7 and connected to the internet via
AOL and I have AOL Anti Spyware software. I have run all the scans in the
book and no problems found. I have ensure all my IE settings are correct but

Hello, I hope someone can help me.
We had a crash and burn, likely a virus infection, on our home
machine. It was running XP Home and the wife's email was the default

jkkliiif.dll is infected with a virus and I can't clean it or quarantine it
or delete it or anything. I've been searching on microsoft.com for an update
that will replace that file with a good copy of it but I can't seem to find
one. Anyone have suggestions?

I’m having network problems and discovered that I’m unable to shut down the

My problem is, I can not connect to any of the shared folders I’ve created
on one of the machines from any of the other machines. Each machine can open
any of the default Shared Doc folders for each of the users ...

We have started using WSUS to get updates for all the windows servers and
clients on our network.
We have a WSUS server V2 happily getting updates from a parent server, the

In XP Professional, when I try to read CD/DVD drive or a pen drive, I
get the critical error "access denied", even if it reads correctly the
unit label or the type of CD (audio, for example). With right click on
those units, the sharing and protection option doesn't appear.

I've tried everything with my XP professional laptop, even complete CD
reinstallation won't do because it's a false reinstall. All previous problems
are still here after every reinstallation.
