jkkliiif.dll is infected with a virus and I can't clean it or quarantine it or delete it or anything. I've been searching on microsoft.com for an update that will replace that file with a good copy of it but I can't seem to find one. Anyone have suggestions?

A malicious program as disabled the control tasks program (Ctrl+Alt+Del: middle button from the second line). Every time I try I get a message yelleing it was disabled by the administrator. How can I (the administrator of the machine) reactivate it?

We have started using WSUS to get updates for all the windows servers and clients on our network. We have a WSUS server V2 happily getting updates from a parent server, the client WSUS settings(both server and XP) are are configured in an OU policy.

In XP Professional, when I try to read CD/DVD drive or a pen drive, I get the critical error "access denied", even if it reads correctly the unit label or the type of CD (audio, for example). With right click on those units, the sharing and protection option doesn't appear.
