I am in serious need of help from all tech gurus.
My laptop's d: drive is on ntfs. I made a folder and put some pics into it.
I had ALLOWED ONLY my user account & administrator account to access that

Virus heat took over computer and now cannot log in as administrator.
Friendly "welcome"screen doesn't come up, so can't use alt+ctl+deltrick.
Can't change user priviledges since not logged on with admin priviledges.

Unpredictably the subject error message occurs.  After sending the report to
MS it goes away and everything seems to work OK.  The report has the
