I am using windows server 2003, the hard disk format is NTFS, when I try to give file permission it asked to change the format to NTFS in order to use this feature, I can't understand that, its NTFS.. Appreciate your help.

Two entries in the registry related to starting a process connected to some malware. The file they pointed at was deleted. However, when trying to delete these registry entires, I am not aallowed to do so. Nor can I edit them. I have full admin rights.
