Is there a way to run a batch file as admin from another batch file that doesn't require privileges? So: install.cmd runas /user:administrator 1.cmd, and both files are in same folder?

I'd like to look for a specific update (Ms08-67 Kb958644) from a batch file or some specific tool. I've looked at MBSA and it requires a installation and then reports at least on all MS Updates and this is too much over head for my purposes.

I always browse using an account of least privileges instead of the Admin account. So, I frequently need to use runas signed in as Admin. The problem is Windows Explorer will not refresh the window. I have to click on View - Refresh. Is anyone aware of a fix?

When I run Spyware Doctor, it shows that I have 9 Trojans. When I click Fix, it says they are all removed but, actually, when I restart computer, they are all back. Computer runs in SafeMode only.
