what I want to do is:
1.- Use a .bat file to get into a Win2003 Server (already done)
2.- Execute there "start services.msc" (I can only make it work
locally)

When I try to open then I get a message that says:
Windows cannot open this file. To open this file windows needs to know what
created it.
Can I do anything to sort this out or should I take the computer to be fixed?
