How can I change the power settings for all users ? I am the administrator but seems I am missing something. I can disable/enable display settings with group policy but when I log on as user, I am still unable to change power settings.

We have an account that has been disabled on our domain controller for quite some time, yet it still works locally on one of our lab workstations. The user's profile has been deleted by going into My Computer >> Properties
