I see this when invoking the gpupdate/force comman and at random times

I want to create a desktop, using CreateDesktop, that non-system
process can't access.  The process that creates the desktop is running
as system.  I don't know much about the security API functions, but I

I am having trouble exporting my XP IP Security Policies to my Windows 2000
machine.
In XP I can add IP ranges from 193.0.0.0 with subnet mask of 255.0.0.0
In 2000 it says invalid subnet mask for these ranges 193 to 222.0.0.0

I have a WIN32 program which must access unformatted 1394 and USB drives
(using \\PHYSICALDRIVEn ).  However, I need the program to run from a
non-admin account.

I have XP Pro SP3 and EPP.
Have just sacked all previous restore points and created one and "tested" a
restore. - No Go - System cannot be restored

I need to create a folder that gives Domain Users basically Modify
permissions with the one change from "Delete" to "Delete subfolders and files
only" so they can create/delete under, but not move/delete the actual folder.
