Recently, I've bought a new PC with pre-installed Windows
XP Home. I want to partition my 120 GB harddisk without
the need to destroy and re-install Windows XP. What is the
way to do it?

I just installed the XP Home upgrade from Win98.  I was
already using IE6 and related Outlook Express.  After the
XP installation, all of my Outlook data, folders, etc...
appear to be wiped clean.  Is my original data gone for

I am running Win 2000 Pro at home.
I have found in the past that it is better to do a full
clean install rather than upgrade.
I assume this would still hold with moving from 2000 to XP

then use a WinXP upgrade disc to perform a full install
(converting to NTFS) since I have no data or programs
