When Windows XP starts up, it goes to a welcome screen
where the users are listed with a button.  There is only
one user (me).  How can I skip having to press this
button.  I would like Windows to start all the way

I have two 15 inch flat screen monitors, and niether of
them will work when I try to install Windows.  They both
work when the computer boots, but as soon as the setup
