I had an XP Pro system on an Asus MB.  I recently
upgraded to a an Athlon XP and Soyo Dragon Plus MB.  
Before the MB/processor switch, I removed my anti virus
progam, and all devices such as LAN, sound, etc. from the

I have been trying to use a sysprep image from an PC (Dell Optiplex GX270)
to a laptop (Dell Latitude C640) - and have not been succesful!
The Latitude always hangs on startup with a black screen. On verbose safe
mode it does the same  - stopping when opening the AGP drivers.

During WinXP Pro installation after inserting setup disk
# 6 (last disk) the installation does'nt go forward.
Thinking that it might be a problem with a disk I created
another setup disk but the result is the same. The

I have a conflice with network card and radeon card.  I am

i installed win. xp on a computer that had xp already on
it but i was installing it on a seperate hard drive. when
i start the computer with the hard drive i installed xp
on i get a message saying ( invalid boot.ini file booting

xp home upgrade NTFS.  I want to format my hard drive and
only use the xp home upgrade, I don't have the 98 win
