I would like to upgrade from 98SE to XPPro. But I also

Have any of you come acrossed any major issues running an

I moved a license for XP Home to another computer. Went
through the activation process and it worked fine.
HOWEVER, I keep getting the reminder message to actvate
within x days. When that button is pushed, Windows says it
