All access to CHM files causes the same hh.exe and itss.dll errors. Unfortunately I also have all the critical and recommended updates (such as Q323255, which was superceeded with Q811630, also Q810847 which reporst that it breaks HTML help engine, etc).

Every time I start my computer, the System 32 folder is displayed, and I am told that the contents should not be modified. This has only recently started happening, is this a symptom of the recent worm?

I was having trouble with my current XP so i tried to reinstall(upgrade option) from the same CD. Midway through the setup a key error occurred and the computer has restarted, when reboots it goes straight to windows setup
