What is the best way do this.  Will XP Pro upgrade XP
Home or do I need to do a reinstall.

upgraded from Me to XP Home - (no problems experinced
during upgrade) since then  when I connnect to internet I
can get on - but after a few minues I receive error mssg:  
SYSTEM SHUTDOWN - Shutdown inititated by NT

I purchased windows xp proffesional up grade. I downloaded
it on computer 1 but could not get it to activate. So I
