works however win 98 & XP can't seem to talk to each

XP is verrrrrry slow when loading users with roaming
profiles.  The server is a Win2000.  Any solutions?

Access 2000 Upgrade refuses to recognize my Access 95
floppy as a legal old version when reinstalling Access
2000 to new CPU.  I hate to install old Access 95 just to
complete this reload.  Any other approaches I can Take?
