My comp would get to the desktop in starting window XP.  
Then it would crash and restart, same thing...crash
restart.  A friend suggested I reload XP.  Always worked

I just bought and assembled a super machine, but I'm having HUGE problems

With XP Tablet edition and a limited user profile, when
starting a shut down it starts the process and then brings
the machine back up to the desktop.  When using the Admin
