when upgrading from win98 to xp, setup stops during the preinstallation phase. The timer counts down to about 84 minutes remaining then stops. the info screens to the right continue to scoll along, but nothing else happens.

Is there a good way to roll out Windows patches etc from Microsoft to all my work stations? I thought there was a free program that Microsoft had to do this that would check for updates, download them to a server and distribute them to the clients but I can not find it.
