I recently updgraded my laptop from XP home to XP Pro.  
Is it possible for me to now transfer my XP Home license
to my older desktop machine which still has Windows 98

I reloaded my laptop using the dell recovery disks and
now, my taskbar is permanently locked.  I right click on
the taskbar, uncheck lock the taskbar, but it never
