If I were to upgrade my computer that is currently running
Windows ME to Windows XP Pro, using the upgrade version
would all of my infomation such as documents,
applications, pictures, songs etc. remain on my computer

But I found out the more accurate procedures for my
purpose and my problem is being corrected.

If you download and save the various critical updates,
does it matter in which order you install them?
And, do you have to reboot after every one?

Does anyone know for a fact that Windows XP Professional
purchased from a Canadian reseller will work correctly in
the U.S ? I have been advised that cross border software

Running XP PRO SP 1 standalone. I'm still playing around a bit with this
feature. I'm not quite sure how to use it. I can add the snap in to MMC, but
then I'm not quite sure "what does what". I can run a security analysis
against a template, so the differences are shown. That's nice ...

I booted to WinXP Pro.  Formated with NTFT.  It finsihed,
rebooted...now it has an error:
Couldn't open drive multi(0)disk(0)rkisk(0)parition(1)
NTLDR missing...repeats above about the drive...

I purchased a license for XP Professional, and want to remove the
installation from my computer, and install it on my new machine.  Is
this possible?  It would still only be present on one machine.
