I have just had Windows XP Installed on my computer, but
I am getting popup ads on it even when not on anything.
So far they have pointed to suggestions like visit
www.destroyads.com or wwwendads.com

ANYONE HAD THEIR SCREEN GO BLACK AFTER XP COPIES THE
SETUP FILES TO THEIR HARDDRIVE.  All I get to see is the
XP screen for a second and then the screen goes black,
but this is where it is supposed to continue setting up

When I upgraded from XP Home to XP Pro the monitor
resolution is fixed at the lowest resolution and cannot
be changed. I have downloaded and installed the driver
but still not able to get better resolution. What can be

recognize the CD to download certain files.  Cleaning the
CD does not work (CD works fine on other machines).

I am trying to use sysprep prior to ghosting new machines
