Today I installed a RAID-0 array, then copied my original
hard drive contents to the array. I now boot from the
array (what a performance boost!) and all is well,

I am trying to upgrade my O,S. from Win2000 Pro to XP

Here at my office we use a winnt.sif on a floppy to deploy our desktop
machines.  It works awesome, and I think it's a Godsend.
The problem is laptops.  Most of the time laptops force me to swap CD and
floppy, so there's no way I can use the floppy winnt.sif method to install

I must upgrade the BIOS on my PC and the manufacture says
that I need a boot disk to do the upgrade.  In the past we
could create a boot dis, but I have not found this feature
in XP.  How does one obtain a boot disk for XP that will
