Is there a way to increase the size of a partition on XP. When setting up the system I made the partion that holds the operating system to small. Can I increase the size without formating the hard drive.

I just rebuilt my Dell Dimension 8300 and upon startup, "the system 32" folder opens on my desktop. This happens every time I start my PC. The PC is running XP Pro OS. Does anyone know how to reslove this?
