Reinstalling Windows XP Home Edition:
My OS seemed to crash. I wiped my hard drive clean by
writing zeros. Now I have been trying to reinstall Windows

version of xp home on cd rom. how would i install xp on my
computer?just insert the cd and take it from there or do i

I bought a copy of the Windows XP Home Edition upgrade for
my personal use.  After loading it onto my desktop, when
trying to load onto my laptop, it tells me that I cannot
because I already loaded it onto my desktop.  Please help

Sorry if this is a repost, I can't see my original.  I have a mainboard w/no
floppy controler.  Is there a way to add raid drivers to the xp pro cd, and
have them automatically install?  Or is there a way to modify setup to be
able to look for raid drivers on another type of medium?

Windows XP setup hangs upon installation during reboot.  I
have heard that this may be due to my graphic card -

I have some problems on initial installation of Windows XP SP1 with a

I have a PC box w/Win-XP Prof. on a AMD 3000+.  The System simply will not
allow the box to power off.  Before XP was loaded it was able to Pwr Off.
Now if I selct Turn-off-machine" for Start.  the systems will hibernate for
a while, appear to be off, but will turn itself back on ...
