I installed windows xp, then updated all the windows
files from the site, then i restarted the computer like
it told me and nothing happened, safe modes won't work,
none of the options will work, can't boot from cd.

How do i make a startup floppy disk so I can format my c:

XP 'sees' my partitions backwards, C: should have been
boot, it's small.  The other large partitition labeled d:
is system and loaded with windows.  I'm now unable to load

How do I force classic view for EVERYONE?  I can do PER user but I need to
do this for every new profile by default (no GPO, no bat files).

I'm currently running ME on my computer. I'd like to
upgrade to XP. However, during the setup process, setup
only offers to install XP in addition to ME on my hard
drive, warning me that having two os is not recommended.

I bought a new (bigger, faster) disk drive and installed
as drive E: on my Win XP pro system. I want to move the
OS and all other stuff to this disk and also make it be
drive C: after removal of the old disk.

i am in the middle of formatting my PC, and I can't seem
to find the little green book that came with it with my
activating code.  Does anyone know the process of getting
a new code or retrieving the old one?  i've searched this
