I have struck a bit of a problem.  An unsolicitored
program has been changing my internet explorer home page

My dad's electricity went out, PC shut down.  When he

P4 with 1.5GB memory.  I have reloaded XP twice now
without ant success.  I can't find any information in the
Microsoft database.  Can anyone tell me where to look in
