I would like to know how to start a DVD-RW in my PC. I am

I've lost the ability to hide the inactive icons on the
taskbar. Setting the flag in the taskbar properties seems
to have no affect. Reboots have not helped. I've not

I was trying to upgrade from Home to Pro and everytime it
gets to device drivers it just reboots over and over. Now
how can I get the system restore to get it to restore to
the Home version? Any info would be deeply appriciated.

2 cd drives. My drives are:
c: = hard drive
d: = CD drive (want to be E: or F:)

Just built a new system and am trying to partition the
40GHD with a 4G OS partition only. That partition works
and leaves me with a 36G to partition that also works.  
Now the problem, after partitioning, it says I still have
