I get this message with 3 different windows xp
professional cds "File setupdd.sys could not be loadad.  
The error code is 4.  Setup cannot continue press any key
to exit."  I've tried changing a number of things in the

Why cann't make a reserve name such as LPT1, COM1 on hard
disc or floppy but can make on a CD-ROM.

When I log into WIndows XP the first time, not all
running applications show up in the system tray.  If I
log off and log back on, they all show up.  Is there a
fix that will have them all show up the first time?

always refreshes about every 60 seconds. This is quite

To make a very long story short, Gateway had me uninstall
and resinstall XP.  However, the steps they gave me
installed XP and did not delete the old XP, so I have two
