I was having a lot of trouble with a PC I built, and I
had to reinstall a few times.  I also went through some
trouble setting up partitions, and I ended up
reformatting the drive.  So now I went to install Windows

I downloaded one of the updates from the website that was
older because I have alot that I have missed, and when it
finished installing my computer froze. When I tried to
start it back up but it gets to the Windows XP loading

My boss had purchased an XP upgrade.  He does not use it
anymore (retiring).  So he gave me the upgrade.  
Unfortunately he couldn't find the CD.  Is it possible to
use another installation CD but use the same CD Key?  I
