I bought a new pc that had XP Pro pre-intalled but I have
now purchased my own copy of XP Home.  What is the best
way to install the XP Home over the XP Pro,  ie I only
want XP Home on the system.

I am now at this point. I booted from cd.  I deleted
partitions.  I created partition.  Chose format nft. It
went through to 100%.  I received the message "unable to
format drive may be damaged". This is a new hard drive.

Have sp4 on my w2k server download the new RIPrep. When I
do an RIPrep XP based image I get gmgr0.dat and gmgr1.dat

   Is there a way to get a 16-bit app to run under WinPE.
My WinPE Boot CD is based off of WinXP(SP1). I can run the
app in XP but, when I run it after booting to the PE CD it
says "This is not a 32-bit app.". Is there a set of DLL or

After signing on to the internet, a dialogue box opens

I am deploying win xp prof via sysprep and ghost the
image is created with Win xp CD. When I run SFC I am
promted for for the CD even though I copy i386 to the
local hard drive and set the source path to it. ANY HELP
