I had a 256 MB usb key. When I tried ti install Xp on, the setup told me it needed at least 990MB. Now I have a 1GB usb key: the setup tells me it needs at least 1230 !!!!

I changed from a AMD Ahtlon 200 FSB motherboard to a AMD XP Athlong 333 FSB processor and motherboard. I thought I could jusr reinstall windows to correct the hardware changes but it will only let me re-install it from new.

XP has a great feature: the plug & play technology. My problem is that I don't want it on the 2500 stations I have to deploy. In fact, I want that XP recognizes and uses only one kind of device which is a USB secure token and restrict access to any other devices which can be plugged ...
