HELP I was trying to reformat a laptop in work by freshly
installing windows XP Pro over the top of the existing XP
Pro installation(the factory restore discs were missing).

I received a computer from a friend with a virus in an

up, it only shows processes.  The tabs across the top are

I recently built a computer and would like to take
Windows XP off my old one and put it on the new one. When
I do this and then try to activate it I get a message
saying that the product key has already been activated

Last week I had to re-install Windows XP and I did not
wan to remove any information. During the installation it
asked me the directory name. By default it showed

I have just load XP Pro on my new PC.  The boot gets to
the "Loading your Personal Settings" and then reboots.
I try to boot in safe mode, but it still reboots.

I need to reload XP and I know there is a file on my hard
drive that will reload this xp home addition without
having a disc. I just don't know how to find it and then
access it. Please help.
