i have a bunch of clutter on my computer, trying to
remove programs that ive downloaded from the start up...

I had to re-instal WinXP Home after a power failure. The
orginial was in the directory C:\Windows. The new one I
put in C:\Winxp. After checking the new instalation, I
archive the old directory (C:\windows)to a CD.

I just installed Win XP Home OEM to my computer C:
drive.  Two hard drives are installed on the primary IDE
connector (Master C + Slave D).  They have been working
correctly for months in this configuration.
