I'm trying to install Visual Studio.NET on my XP Pro
machine (Lap Top).  At first I could not install it at
all.  If I wait for approx a week or so, the install will
get a good way through.  However it always stops and give

I am trying to install windows xp on a computer with
windows 98 2nd ed already installed.  I encounter an
error during installation,the problem is a file called

I syspreped a machine using a sysprep account that i had
created. However upon ghosting the machine to it's new
destination, it lost all of the desktop folders of the

commercial product.  When I duplicate my sysprep image onto another

I recently began experiencing problems with my hard
drive.  Short version of the story:  I installed a new
one, copied the old drive to the new but couldn't boot
from new alone.  Ended up installing WinXP on the new.  It

  I am attempting to deploy an xp image onto multiple
machines.  They all work with xp and DO NOT require
additional drivers, setup, etc.  Except when I sysprep the
master machine and deploy to another machine it doesn't
