Somehow my boot drive letter got set to H or while installing a second drive with a boot drive running it was set to H. I would like to change this letter to C, is there an easy way. Disk management won't let you change

I have a XP upgrade disk that my dad gave me.... He had it installed on an e-machine that came with winMe. He took the XP out and went back to Me. Can I install this XP upgrade on my computer???
