The setup goes all smooth until the final reboot, then it just hangs on the final blue setup screen that says something like: "Setup is now restarting your system..."
Its hangs there.

I installed a new piece of hardware today - an external HP movie writer
dc3000.
First problem was everytime the installation wizard said it installed fine
and I clicked ok, the popup saying "new hardware found" would come up.  I

from the cdrom to the hard drive during a new operating

but several of the files will not load during normal
