How do i install Power Point

To be able to print envelopes & labels, I need them on my
toolbar, under tools.
They are not there, how can I add envelopes & labels to
my toolbar ?????

Because ME is so buggy, Im trying to upgrade to Windows XP
Pro.

When I double-click on Norton AntiVirus, Run msconfig, or
try to view several other windows, the window closes very
soon after opening with no indication the computer is

I'm tryting to do a clean install of Win XP and during setup I keep
getting the message:  "Setup cannot copy the file Shell32.dll"
Any direction on what I might do to deal with this would be greatly

Upon attempting to install Windows XP Pro (also tried XP
Pro SP1) over Windows 98 (both upgrade and new install),
it gets half way through "Preparing Installation", crashes
