I had to do a system recovery.  I have an HP computer
with the recovery installed, I did the F10 recovery and

the first stage of the upgrade XP stops the process saying
the pcAnywhere 10.0 is blocking the upgrade.  I have
unistalled pcAnywhere; uninstalled all other symantec
