I have a XP Home that I am having trouble attaching to an office network.
The Workgroup name is the same as the office workgroup.    And I do have
access to the outside Internet.    Just whenever I try to open the 'Domain'
in Network Neighborhood, it tells me the Domain is not ...

I have formatted a drive (Fat 32) and installed XP on the
same partition (NTFS).  Can I recover files from my
original Fat 32 partition.  What are my chances.

be only a coincidence. I did a full format and restore

I have a 20GB HD with Win98 and 6GB IDE HD with WinXP Pro installed and dual boot (volume H:).
I want to clone WinXP to new 18GB ultra3 SCSI IBM HD with Ghost 2003.
Everything works fine.
Before restart I physically remove old  6GB drive.

I just installed Windows XP on a new drive and it was ok
except the drive letters changed from C to E.
Can any help?  

Does anyone know how to set a default user for logon?  I
am an Administrator, but the built-in Administrator
usually comes up as the default.  Since I can't delete
that one, I would like to set myself as the default.  

how can i format the hard-drive that windows is on? i just
