My friend did a reinstall of Windows XP Home (on top of
his previous installation) After that his keyboard
stopped responding. I tried removing it from the hardware

I am trying to install SP1 on a computer with XP Pro. It

When I log in and have my personal settings, I have a
scrolling margue screen saver.  As long as I'm logged in,
it remains, but when I log off, the xp screen saver comes
on.  How do I retain my settings even when logged off.

I bought a new and faster PC to replace my Windows 2000 PRO system.

Alright, on our first computer, we tried to do a clean
installation on it using windows xp. It did not work for
some odd reason.  Well then i used my sisters old
computer as one to use for school and email and had to
