Hope Someone can help me with this one.
I was hoping to upgrade from '98 to XP and used the "File
transfer Wizard" on the XP cd to copy all the files and
settings (In cluding the My Documents folder) from my old

I have a Sony VIAO laptop and have been running Windows XP
for a while on it. Last night, I attempted a large
download, and put the computer into standby mode. This

starting estimated time to completion is 39 minutes. The
estimated minutes slowly decrease and installion slowly

doesn't work.  If I try to reinstall or uninstall I get

I just added a slave drive from another computer.  The
slave drive is recognized in disk management as healthy
(active), but is not assigned a drive letter.  The option

Hi!  When I try to upgrade from Windows Me to Windows XP I
get a message that says my modem and Cardbus do not work
with XP and that I need to find an upgrade.  Is there a
way I can get this upgrade on the Microsoft Website, and
