I am getting the activation keys on my toolbar with a
countdown of how many days I have left and when I click

I recently decided to upgrade to Windows XPHome edition on my HP
desktop.  I installed a new hard drive and placed the Windows XP
installation CD (a full install cd not an upgrade cd) in the CDROM
drive.

The product key tag that came with my copy of windows XP
says, "Windows XP PRofessional 1-2CPU". What does that
mean? I can install it in a system with 2 CPUs? I can
install it on 2 CPUs not on the same system? Or what?
