I have an installation of windows XP pro. that crashed due to CryptSrv (rsaenh.dll and dssenh.dll). I have'nt specified a password yet, so I assume the recovery console must have a default, since it rejects "blank"

Help, installed WinXP Pro as an upgrade to Win98 SE. Now
I can't reformat HD to NFTS, it stays with Fat32. Error
message states, if XP is removed Win98 could not read HD,

through using safe mode just keeps on rebooting. How do i
