is no longer offering 2K as an OS option (Or is making as

i. Ive had a problem with a secondary hard drive, which in

I've tried this upgrade several times, via download(IE
windows update or AutoUpdate) or CD, and the process fails
at the same point no matter what. The install message box
has gone thru most of the install script and gets to the

I am trying to install windows XP to replace my windows ME
that has been a mess since the day of purchase.  I have
closed all active applications; deleted programs and
